Small Steps Towards Long Term Change.

So you would like to feel better in general?

Having a healthy lifestyle balance is an important foundation for anyone considering accessing therapy. Sleep and eating healthy can be the first aspect of lives that can fall apart when struggling with moods and anxieties during challenging times.

Small steps are usually the best way to achieve long term, significant change. Too often we can fall into the trap of all or nothing, where we hit the gym most days, then get to a point where our membership lasts longer than our motivation. Perfectionism adds too much pressure and can set you up for failure.

Personally I like to make small tweaks that become long term habits that help me to head towards the right direction.

Switching to raw milk and supporting local farmers, is something I am really loving at the moment. I am lucky to be able to enjoy a scenic drive over to Sabden from Clitheroe, taking in the amazing views at Nick of Pendle. It is certainly worth a visit.

Some may not agree with raw milk and that is perfectly fine, we can all make our own choices about our lifestyles. For me, holistic living is a personal choice and passion.

What small tweaks can you make today?
