Fees are kept at low rates due to my political views. It aligns with my values to offer good quality therapy at affordable rates. UK adults (18+) | Online therapy | Fees: £50 (50 mins). Concessions available for some and I am happy to compete with lower quotes within reason. Fortnightly sessions also available.


Talking therapies are not always a good fit for anyone at risk or in crisis. Your GP would need to be aware of any risk before talking therapies could safely go ahead. Sometimes this may require inter agency support. Therefore I am not able to offer a crisis service. If you’re at immediate risk call 999 or go to your local A&E.

Alternatively local charities like the Samaritans 116 123 (UK, 24/7), provide valuable support if you would like to speak to someone straight away.

Talking therapies can be beneficial to explore why the risk occurred and what can be done going forward, once a person is feeling able to manage any risk.
